ROXANNE GUINOO was born on February 14, 1986 in Rosario, Cavite to Bernardo Guinoo and mother Ana Bosch. Roxanne first appeared in "Ang TV" sometime in 1992. The success of that show featured Roxanne in her first movie appearance "Ang TV The Movie: The Adarna Adventure" in the following year.
But Roxanne's break into showbiz was when she auditioned and drafted in ABS-CBN's reality show Star Circle Teen Quest where she made it to the top 5 finalist or the "Magic Circle of 5". Roxanne Guinoo however didn't win the grand prize and she landed as 2nd runner-up in the contest.
After her fate in Star Circle Teen Quest, Roxanne Guinoo was launched as newest member of ABS-CBN's Star Magic and she was paired with fellow SCQ finalist Joross Gamboa.
Her first TV show under Star Magic was "SCQ Reload: OK Ako!" in 2004 then followed by "SCQ Reload: Kilig Ako!" in the following year. Roxanne also hosted in ASAP Fanatic from 2004 to 2006. She was then casted in "Gulong Ng Palad", "At Home Ka Dito" as host, "Crazy For You" and as host in "Wowowee" in 2007.
Roxanne's biggest break was in "Sineserye Presents: Natutulog Ba Ang Diyos?" opposite big stars like Rosanna Roces and Dina Bonnevie. It was followed by "latikman" and "Palos" and Roxanne was given her first major lead role in "Ligaw Na Bulaklak" where it topped the ratings in its afternoon slot.
Roxanne Guinoo also ventured into comedy and was included in the wacky sexy group of "Banana Split". Her schedule hoever didn't fit in the show and Roxanne left "Banana Split" at the end of its first season. Roxanne's comedy potentials reached TV5 and they signed her for "Everybody Hapi" with John Estrada, Long Mejia, Eugene Domingo and Matt Evans.
Roxanne also guested in "May Bukas Pa", "Sineserye Presents: The Susan roces Cinema Collection: Florinda", "Flash Bomba" and "Sineserye Presents: Dulce Amor".
Her movies are "Volta", "D'Anothers", "Can this Be Love", and "Shake, Rattle & Roll" in its 8, 9 and 10 sequels.
Roxanne Guinoo surprised her fans when she posed in a very sexy red bikini in a White Castle Billboard and two Maxim Magazine sexy pictorials. Her fans were shocked but Roxanne said it's only a career move since she is maturing and now ready for mature roles.
